General terms of use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you begin you sign up and use the Tjoooze app. Provided you give your consent to use Tjoooze, you are also subject to these terms and conditions. If you don´t agree to these terms and conditions, do not endorse. Tjoooze provides a customized subscription service that provides our subscriber access to the Tjoooze app via Google Play and the App Store.

Subscription

Your Tjoooze subscription runs until you decide to terminate. To use the Tjoooze service requires you to specify a payment method (payment card).

"Payment method" means a current, valid and recognized payment card (see section payment). Unless you unsubscribe before the expiration date, you give Tjoooze permission to deduct the subscription fee for the following billing period via the stated payment method (payment card).

Free trial periods
Your Tjoooze subscription can start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period for the subscription will be indicated at registration, and the intention is to let new subscribers and certain previous subscribers try the service. For now, there is a 15 day free trial period.

Tjoooze sovereignly determines whether the conditions for a free trial period are met and we may limit access to or duration of free trial periods to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to cancel the free trial period and put your account on hold if we assess that you do not meet the conditions.

Tjoooze deduct the subscription fee for the following billing period via your payment method (payment card) at the end of the free trial period, unless you unsubscribe before the end of the free trial period. Go into your app and see when the free trial period expires.

Invoicing and unsubscribing
Billing Period: We bill you for the Tjoooze subscription fee via your form of payment on the specific billing date specified on the page "Login / my profile". Here you can also cancel your subscription by selecting “cancel the subscription at the end of the period”.

Payment methods
To use Tjoooze, you must specify a payment method (In Stripe / enter payment card). You authorize us to charge payments using the payment method (payment card) associated with your account. If a payment can not be implemented due to card expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, and you do not delete your account, we may suspend your access to Tjoooze the service until we have collected the payment via a valid payment method. Updating your payment methods (payment card): You can update your payment methods (payment card) by going to the "login" page.

Price and subscription changes
We may change our subscriptions and the price of them from time to time. However, price changes and subscription changes will not be applied no earlier than 30 days after you have been notified.

Payment & Payment card
On the Tjoooze subscription you can use the following: Payment card available in Stripe subscription. Payment is in Danish kroner (DKK). When paying by credit card, no fees are charged. The amount is deducted from your payment card once you have accepted the terms and conditions. We can never pull a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of ordering.

Passwords and account access
The subscriber who created the Tjoooze account and whose payment method (payment card) is debited ("user"), has access to and control over Tjoooze accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may not disclose your password to a 3rd party. Please contact Tjoooze immediately if you suspect that unauthorized persons are using your account

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
Please contact customer service at info@tjoooze.com. You have 14 days right of withdrawal.

Subscription subscription
You must be 18 years of age and of legal age to subscribe to a Tjoooze subscription.

Validity
If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use exist - invalid, illegal or unenforceable - the validity, legality and the enforcement of the other provisions continues to have full force and effect.

Use of app - guidelines
All Tjoooze prepared recipes within the various Brands are guidelines. It is the user's own responsibility to mix the correct color mix based on guidelines in the Tjoooze app (calculator).

Tjoooze makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the mixture different color recipes cf. the calculator.

Tjoooze disclaims any responsibility for any spillage associated with mixing of color recipes. It is the subscriber's own responsibility and risk.

Tjoooze disclaims any responsibility in the use of the App. Use that App including recipes in calculator as well as the use of calculator is at your own risk.

Tjoooze disclaims any responsibility for your own loss of data in connection with the use of the Tjoooze calculator (registration of recipes and registration of customers).
